By engaging with JurisAge, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

JurisAge provides professional legal consulting tailored for senior citizens. This includes personalized advice sessions, document review, and legacy planning guidance.

3. Information Products

Our information products consist of digital guides, templates, and webinars designed to support senior citizens in understanding legal matters. Access is granted via download or online viewing.

4. Goods

JurisAge may offer physical materials such as printed guides and forms. These are shipped to the address provided during purchase.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a refund for consulting sessions within 14 days of purchase if no materials have been delivered or no session has been held. Refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 14 business days. Alternatively, you may transfer the session to another date within 60 days at no extra charge. Custom legacy planning packages are non-refundable due to the preparatory work and resource allocation involved, and this is explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

5.2 Information Products

Refunds for digital downloads are available within 7 days of purchase provided the product has not been accessed or downloaded. To request a refund, contact us. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days. Once the product is downloaded or accessed, no refund is possible due to the immediate nature of digital delivery.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition. To initiate a return, contact us for instructions. After we receive and inspect the returned goods, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any service, information product, or goods if you violate these Terms of Service.
